The Rapture of Exodus 19:4

by Michael J Loomis on October 25, 2009

First exodus under Moses described as such.

Exodus 19:4 ‘You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings and brought you to Myself.

Second exodus under Jesus prophesied.

Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

Deliverance again being described in Revelation .(Revelation 11:8)

Revelation 12:14 But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.

Paul speaking to the Thessalonian church about their deliverance.

1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

It seems to me that when you let the Bible interpret itself we find once again that the futurist doctrine of the rapture found to be a hot air balloon that has been fatally ruptured.
